Meet Our Founder

Thank you for taking the time to explore our site and consider us for your holiday planning. I am Ross, the founder and creator of Your Endless Travel. Ever since a young age, I have always been passionate about travelling and experiencing new cultures and countries, so it has always been a long term goal to run my own travel agency. Having spent over 15 years building my knowledge and experience to fully understand the travel industry. From starting my journey with studying leisure and tourism at college in 2004, to recently spending two years within the management team for Whistler Blackcomb Resort guest services department until early 2020, with time spent working in countries like Australia and Japan in between, you will be surprised by some of the highlights below….

• Five years finishing as Business Development Manager for Gullivers Sports Travel
• Two years as Sales Manager for The Small Cruise Ship Collection
• A winter season as Tour Desk Supervisor in Niseko Central in Japan
• Three months as a tour guide for Maricar in Tokyo (google it you will be amazed by the company)  
• A summer season working for a scuba dive centre in Okinawa, Japan
• Six months as a travel manager for Happy Travels in Sydney, Australia
• Assistant manager for Whistler Blackcomb resort Whistler, Canada
• Four months working on a million-acre sheep station 6 hours from Ayres Rock Australia

There are many other experiences to talk about, including the many holidays, city breaks, road trips and backpacking experiences around the world….

I have been incredibly lucky throughout all of these experiences to experience a wide spectrum of travel. From high-end luxury as a tour manager at international sporting events to sleeping in a hammock on the beaches of Cambodia, I can honestly say I love it all!
